Who we are
This website is run by J Draper Pty Ltd ATF The JLD Family Trust, trading as Interwise IT, ABN 51 867 561 592 ("we", "us").
What these terms cover
These terms cover your use of this website (interwiseit.com.au) and its forms, including the instant quote and the right-fit form. By using the website you agree to them.
They do not cover our IT services. Every service we provide is governed by the client agreement signed with that client. If anything on this website differs from a client agreement, the client agreement applies.
Information on this website
The guides, answers and other content on this website are general information about IT for businesses. They are not advice for your particular situation. Please talk to us, or another qualified adviser, before acting on them.
We work to keep the website accurate and current, but things change and we may not update every page at once.
Instant quotes
A quote from the instant quote form is built from your answers. Quotes are indicative and confirmed after a free IT health check. A quote is not an offer to provide services: services start only under a signed client agreement.
Using this website
When you use this website, please do not:
- give false details in a form, or use someone else's details without their permission;
- try to get around its security, overload it, or interfere with its forms;
- use it to send anything unlawful, harmful or misleading.
Remote support sessions. Only start a remote support session while you are on the phone with our team. Remote support for clients is provided under the client agreement.
Website chat
Our team answers website chat in business hours, 7:30am to 4pm on weekdays. Outside those hours, or if something is urgent, please call 1800 468 379. Please do not send passwords, card details or other sensitive information in a chat. How chats are handled is set out in our privacy policy.
Links to other websites
Some links take you to other services: Calendly for booking a meeting, Google Maps and our Google reviews, our LinkedIn and Facebook pages, and our remote support service. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
Our content
The text, design, logos and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for your own use. Please ask us before reusing them for anything else.
The names and logos of the vendors and partners we work with belong to their owners. They are shown to say which platforms we use, with the owner's permission where a logo appears. It does not mean the owner endorses us or our services.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or your reliance on general information on it.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
