A whole IT department.
For less than the cost of one hire.
For businesses of about 5 to 30 people. Helpdesk, monitoring, patching, security and backup, run by our team as one plan sized to yours, so there is nothing for the owner to manage.
Sound familiar?
IT is landing on the owner's desk.
Problem: The owner, or whoever is good with computers, ends up fixing IT between real work.
How we help: IT becomes our job, not theirs. Tell us what is wrong and we take it from there.
Problem: Every problem turns into a phone call and a wait.
How we help: We monitor your devices and fix most issues before anyone notices. When you do need us, every call and email becomes a ticket, triaged by urgency and worked by a technician.
Problem: Nobody can tell you if your backups actually work.
How we help: We check backups daily and test restores, so recovery is a known quantity, not a hope.
Problem: Hiring an IT person is out of reach, and one person cannot cover everything anyway.
How we help: Your plan gives you a whole team for helpdesk, security, Microsoft 365 and projects, for less than the cost of one hire.

Logged as a ticket
Every request gets a ticket number, so nothing is lost.

What is stopping work goes first, against your plan's response target.
Picked up and fixed
The right person owns it and follows it through until it is fixed.
- Most problems never reach you. Monitoring flags failing disks, full storage, missed backups and security alerts, and we act on them, usually before you notice anything.
- A plan sized to your team. The instant quote builds your plan from eight questions and sends you the full figure with every inclusion listed.
A good fit if
- You have about 5 to 30 people who rely on computers every day.
- The owner or a staff member is fixing IT when they should be doing their real job.
- You use Microsoft 365, or are ready to move to it.
- You want one predictable monthly cost.
Probably not a fit if
- You have fewer than about five people.
- You only need help a few times a year.

How is a small business plan priced?
Priced per computer, per person and per server, each month, depending on what you need covered. The instant quote builds your plan from eight questions and sends you the full figure with every inclusion listed.
What happens when someone calls for help?
Every call and email becomes a ticket. It is triaged by urgency and picked up by the right person, then owned and followed through until it is fixed.
How quickly do you respond?
Response targets during helpdesk hours: 4 hours on Basic, 2 on Standard, 1 on Premium. A response means a person, not an auto-reply. They're targets, not guarantees. If an issue needs us on site, we book it in as a priority.
Why a 12-month agreement?
Onboarding takes real work up front: documenting your environment and deploying our management, security and backup tools to every managed device. We include it in every Managed IT agreement instead of charging an onboarding fee, and the 12-month term is what makes that work. Anything we find that needs fixing is quoted separately. The agreement is reviewed and renews each year. If it isn't working for you, give us 30 days' notice. Leaving in the first six months carries an early-exit fee, set out in your agreement before you sign.
We only have three or four people. Is managed IT right for us?
It may not be. Talk to us and we will tell you plainly whether managed IT fits a team your size.
Do you come onsite?
Yes, across Logan and the Gold Coast when remote support is not enough.
