IT that keeps up
as the business grows.
For organisations of about 30 to 100 people, often across more than one site. We take IT on as your whole IT function, with an annual review so the year ahead holds fewer surprises.
What changes at this size
More people, more sites, more questions to answer.
One team that owns it
At this size IT is too much for someone to look after on the side. We take it on as your whole IT function, so one team owns the helpdesk, security, sites and projects, and answers for the result.
Several sites, one standard
Every office set up the same way, with secure access between sites and multi-factor sign-in for people working from home or another site.
Compliance, audits and insurance
Auditors and cyber insurers ask about multi-factor sign-in, backups, patching and response plans. We set up and run your IT to meet the security and operational requirements they set, and keep the evidence ready.
Starters and leavers at volume
Tell us who is starting and when. Their device, email and access are ready on day one, and access is shut down properly when people leave.
Sound familiar?
The IT that worked at 20 people does not work at 60.
Problem: Someone in the office is looking after IT on the side, and it shows.
How we help: We take it on as your whole IT function, so they can get back to the job they were hired for.
Problem: Projects stall because day-to-day support always comes first.
How we help: We scope, schedule and deliver projects around your hours, without disrupting your team.
Annual IT review
Know what is coming before it costs you.
Once a year we check your systems, security settings and equipment: what is ageing, what is at risk, and what needs replacing or fixing.
You get a quote for anything that needs doing, so replacements and upgrades are decisions, not emergencies. The review is part of every managed IT plan.
Projects and refreshes
Done properly. Without stopping the business.
Scope
We look at what you have and agree what the project needs to deliver.
Plan
We plan the work around your hours, so your team keeps working.
Deliver
Office moves, migrations, network upgrades and hardware rollouts, outside business hours wherever possible.
Run
Monitoring, patching and support from day one.
A good fit if
- You have about 30 to 100 people who rely on computers every day.
- You have more than one site, or staff who work from home.
- You answer to auditors, insurers or an accreditation body about your IT.
Probably not a fit if
- You have fewer than about 30 people. Our small business page is a better place to start.
- You only need help a few times a year.
- You want a provider to work alongside your own IT team. We take IT on as a whole.

Do you work alongside an in-house IT team?
No. We take IT on as your whole IT function, so one team owns the result and nothing falls between two sets of hands. If someone in your business has been looking after IT on the side, they hand it over to us.
Can you support all our sites?
Most support happens remotely, so it reaches every site. When it needs hands on a device or a network cabinet, a technician comes to you across Logan and the Gold Coast. For sites further away, we arrange local hands for critical issues or schedule a visit under your agreement.
Can you help with a cyber insurance questionnaire?
Yes. We set up and run your IT to meet your insurer's security and operational requirements, help you answer the questionnaire, fix the gaps it exposes and keep the evidence ready for next year. Your insurer decides the cover.
How are support requests handled?
Every call and email becomes a ticket. It is triaged by urgency and picked up by the right person, then owned and followed through until it is fixed.
How is managed IT priced?
Priced per computer, per person and per server, each month, depending on what you need covered. The instant quote builds your plan from eight questions and sends you the full figure with every inclusion listed.
Why a 12-month agreement?
Onboarding takes real work up front: documenting your environment and deploying our management, security and backup tools to every managed device. We include it in every Managed IT agreement instead of charging an onboarding fee, and the 12-month term is what makes that work. Anything we find that needs fixing is quoted separately. The agreement is reviewed and renews each year. If it isn't working for you, give us 30 days' notice. Leaving in the first six months carries an early-exit fee, set out in your agreement before you sign.
