Security built in.
Not bolted on.
Most attacks on small businesses start with an email and a stolen password. We put layers in the way, train your team to spot the rest, and have a plan ready if something gets through.
The layers
What stands between you and a bad day.
Endpoint detection and response
Every computer watched for ransomware and suspicious behaviour.
Email filtering and anti-phishing
Malicious links and attachments stopped before they reach inboxes.
Sign-in protection
Multi-factor authentication and conditional access on Microsoft 365.
Patching
Security updates applied on schedule across devices and apps.
Backup you can restore
Australian-hosted, tested, and kept separate from your network.
Security awareness training
Short monthly lessons and simulated phishing for every staff member.
Business password manager
Shared passwords out of spreadsheets and into a secure vault.
Sound familiar?
Small businesses are the easy target.
Problem: "We are too small for anyone to bother with us."
How we help: Most attacks are automated and indiscriminate. Small businesses are hit because they are easier, not because they are chosen.
Problem: A supplier asks you to update their bank details by email.
How we help: Payment redirection is one of the most common frauds in Australia. Filtering, training and a call-back rule stop it.
Problem: Staff reuse the same password everywhere.
How we help: A password manager and multi-factor sign-in mean one leaked password does not open the whole business.
Problem: Nobody knows what to do if ransomware hits.
How we help: We write the response plan with you and test that backups actually restore.
If something goes wrong
A plan, not panic.
Contain
Isolate affected devices and accounts to stop the spread.
Assess
Work out what happened, what was touched and what data is at risk.
Recover
Restore from clean backups and reset access.
Report and harden
Help with notification obligations and close the gap that let it in.

What is the Essential Eight?
A set of eight baseline security controls published by the Australian Cyber Security Centre. It is the most practical starting point for most small businesses. Our Security Baseline puts in place controls aligned to Essential Eight Maturity Level 1. We don't offer formal Essential Eight assessments.
Is security included in managed IT?
The core layers are part of every managed IT plan. Some add-ons, such as security awareness training, are priced separately and shown in your quote.
What are our obligations if we have a data breach?
Many businesses must notify affected people and the OAIC under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme. We help you assess and document it; your legal adviser confirms the obligation.
