Your whole IT function.
For one monthly fee.
Helpdesk, monitoring, security, backup and Microsoft 365, run as one plan sized to your team. We fix most problems before they reach your desk.
What is included
Everything your business needs from IT. In one plan.
Every plan fixes the same things and includes Security Core. Your quote lists each inclusion against your answers.
Helpdesk
Anything that was working and stopped, fixed by phone and email during business hours.
Proactive monitoring
Alerts on your devices and servers, acted on by a person.
Patching and updates
Windows, Microsoft 365 and common apps kept current; critical patches within 48 hours.
Security Core
Managed antivirus, drive encryption and multi-factor sign-in on every computer we manage.
Email filtering
Spam, phishing and malicious attachments stopped at the door.
Backup
Kept in Australian data centres and checked; server backups are restore-tested.
Microsoft 365 management
Licences, mailboxes, Teams and SharePoint kept healthy and secured.
Changes, starters and leavers
Optional: include requests and people joining or leaving in the monthly fee, or pay as they come up.
Documentation
Your network, systems and setup recorded, so nothing lives in one head.
Annual IT review
A yearly check of your systems, security settings and equipment, with a quote for anything that needs replacing or fixing.
How we run it
Three jobs, done every day.
Watch
Monitoring flags failing disks, full storage, missed backups and security alerts. A technician acts on them, usually before you notice anything.
Maintain
Patches, updates, licence changes and device lifecycle handled on a schedule, not when something breaks.
Support
When your team needs help, they call or email. Every request is logged, owned and followed through.
When your team needs help

Logged as a ticket
Every request gets a ticket number, so nothing is lost.
Triaged by urgency
What is stopping work goes first, against your plan's response target.
Picked up and fixed
The right person owns it and follows it through until it is fixed.
A good fit if
- Most of our clients have between 10 and 100 people who rely on computers every day.
- You use Microsoft 365, or are ready to move to it.
- IT is currently one stretched staff member, or a provider who only turns up when it breaks.
- You want one predictable monthly cost.
Probably not a fit if
- You are a home user or sole trader without an ABN.
- You only need help a few times a year.
Not sure which side you are on? Take the two-minute right-fit check.

How is managed IT priced?
Priced per computer, per person and per server, each month, depending on what you need covered. The instant quote builds your plan from eight questions and sends you the full figure with every inclusion listed.
How quickly do you respond?
Response targets during helpdesk hours: 4 hours on Basic, 2 on Standard, 1 on Premium. A response means a person, not an auto-reply. They're targets, not guarantees. If an issue needs us on site, we book it in as a priority.
What is a fix, and what is a change?
Fixing what breaks is in your plan. Changes you ask for - adding or moving equipment, installing something new, changing access for existing staff - are in the Change module if you have it. New starters and leavers are in the Lifecycle module, and new versions of your business software in the LOB Upgrade module. Without the matching module, that work is charged at your plan's out-of-scope rate. Projects are quoted and agreed first.
Why a 12-month agreement?
Onboarding takes real work up front: documenting your environment and deploying our management, security and backup tools to every managed device. We include it in every Managed IT agreement instead of charging an onboarding fee, and the 12-month term is what makes that work. Anything we find that needs fixing is quoted separately. The agreement is reviewed and renews each year. If it isn't working for you, give us 30 days' notice. Leaving in the first six months carries an early-exit fee, set out in your agreement before you sign.
Do you come onsite?
Yes, across Logan and the Gold Coast when remote support is not enough.
What does onboarding involve?
A review of your current setup, a changeover plan, installing our monitoring and security tools, and documenting everything. Most of it happens without your team noticing.
